Our Church

St Laurence Church is a welcoming church that is part of The Four Church Benefice, a group of four local churches that work very closely together in order to serve as many people in the community as possible, both spiritually and practically.

The church is open every day, usually between about 10am and 5pm and the churchyard, a beautiful mixture of grass and wildlife friendly plants and bushes is always open.  We welcome anyone to come and enjoy a moment of peace.

As with most old buildings, St Laurence’s is in constant need of care which costs money, whether it be for day to day running costs or major restorations. All money received from the Scarecrow Festival is greatly appreciated and put to good use.  Your donations will help us with various projects dedicated to the conservation and maintenance of our beautiful Grade I listed church and will play a crucial role in preserving the church for future generations.

Our Rector, Rev. David Lee, and churchwarden, Karen Butler-Clark, can be contacted on revdavid@thefourchurchbenefice.org. and foxton.churchwarden@thefourchurchbenefice.org

Further information on services and the role the church plays in the village, can be found on the The Four Church Benefice website.
